This return policy applies to orders shipped within Australia.
🔁 Returns
We only accept returns for defective products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@bayrambooks.com.au with your order number and a description of the defect, including photographs if possible.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs will be covered by Bayram Books in the case of confirmed defects.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, it will be refunded or replaced (subject to availability).
❗ Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or preferences regarding book themes or subjects.
